Join Michelle Cooper for the mindful movements of Tai Chi and Qigong- focusing on decreasing tension, improving flexibility/strength, better balance/body awareness, mental focus, and calming the nervous system. This class takes place in standing positions, with no floor work, and no mat is required. This class is appropriate for all levels. No previous experience is required. 

$15, $10 for garden members. Pre-registration is required. 

Michelle is a certified Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor and teaches all levels, from beginner to advanced. She incorporates her passion for Tai Chi and Qigong with her 25 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, and her teaching background to ensure her classes are fun, progressive, and easy to follow (with modifications given for all levels).
