Beccy Stevenson, RN, E-RYT, AHC
Beccy is an Ayurvedic health counselor, yoga instructor and registered nurse. She has practiced nursing for over 15 years and working in a variety of settings from the ICU to hospice and home care. Having direct experience with the futility of western medicine and seeking an alternate form of exercise, she found yoga. It was here that the pieces finally started to come together. Yoga and Ayurveda (discovered through deeper yogic study) made sense and better yet, proved to be the missing link to empower people to take better care of themselves. We all have that ability, sometimes it is just buried under layers of conditioning or trauma. Beccy has completed over 600 hours in Ayurvedic study and is passionate about sharing what she knows to help people find their own potential by connecting to their innate wisdom and most authentic self.
