Our last Argentinean Class with Belen was sold out in no time! And we had a huge waiting list. So we are bringing Belen back to share her delicious Empanadas recipes with you all again!  Join us for this culinary adventure to Argentina with our guest Chef Belen De La Cruz.

About the Host

A mom, an entrepreneur, a visionary! Belen De La Cruz is the founder of Belen De La Cuz - Empanadas and Pastries that specializes in 13 different flavors of Empanadas and  Argentinean Cakes and Pastries.

Having lived in different parts of the world, since 2015, Atlanta has been home for her family. With a background in marketing and her passion for food, Belen started selling Argentinean pastries and giving cooking classes to locals. The city had no Argentinean restaurants, which was an opportunity and a challenge. Belen gave cooking classes for 2 years and the menu kept growing from group to group - empanada wine night, risotto night, brunch class, and much more! Finally, in February 2020, she launched her first bakery in Johns Creek and currently has 3 locations. Her products are made with top quality ingredients to achieve the freshness and homemade flavors from Argentina.

BeBe's Kitchen is a social enterprise that supports aspiring refugee and immigrant women chefs. We aim to showcase the food and culture of refugees and immigrants through pop up suppers and cooking classes that focus on cultural exchange.
