Wellness is the active and consistent pursuit of lifestyle choices, activities, and habits to attain improved physical and mental health, so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving.

Join Dawn Hopkins and Shirley Berthelet for a 30-day journey of embodied wellness to help you move from surviving to T H R I V I N G!

Your 30-day journey will include ancient healing practices centered around "Three M's of Wellness": Meditation, Movement, and Mindfulness.

These practices will help you:

* Get out of your head and into your body
* Slow down and become more introspective
* Release old patterns and behaviors that aren't serving you
* Add new practices to your self-care tool kit
* Build resilience for the upcoming holiday season
* Create space for something new to flow into your life
* Bring forth the best version of yourself

Each day, we will explore a different practice. No two days will be the same! Consider this to be a month-long personal wellness retreat your body, mind, heart, and spirit need!

* Meditation: Chakra, Mantra, Yoga Nidra, Sound, Walking
* Movement: Breathwork, Fear Melters, Yoga
* Mindfulness: Affirmations, Intention-Setting, Journaling, Mindful Eating
