Teaching Tequila

Tastings Class Spirits

What’s Happening?

The mission of this class is to help resolve our love-hate relationship with tequila. It's time to fall in love with this ancient spirit again by having tasty and sophisticated options. You'll begin by entering into one of the most beautiful historic buildings in Penn quarter. Then a ride on the 2nd elevator ever installed in DC will bring you to the event space where you'll be greated with music and your friendly "Spirit Guide." Grab some nibbles from the grazing board while you wait for class to begin. Once class starts, you'll hear about the fascinating history of Tequila as you sip several styles and hear stories of the real people behind the scenes. The lesson in tequila isn't over until you learn how to make a classic Tequila cocktail. At the end of class, you'll have an opertunity to purchase that one bottle you fell for during the experience. Find out how great Tequila Teachings can be!
