BWM: Black Wines Matter

Wine Tastings Class

What’s Happening?

Imagine entering a beautiful, historic building in the heart of Washington, DC with mosaic floors and tall ceilings. Take the 2nd elevator ever installed in DC to the event space. You are welcomed with music and a sociable wine professional who is about to take you on a journey in wine. Enjoy some of the nibbles on the grazing board as you wait for class to begin. Once it does, you are presented with amazing wines from Black producers. Sip as you hear their stories and ask questions. At the end of the experience, you are able to purchase the wines that you have fallen in love with. Join us and find out all the ways that Black Wines Matter.

Portion of proceeds to benefit The Veraison Project: "Working to create a more equitable wine industry through greater access to wine education, wine certifications, mentoring, and networking for BIPOC."
