Earth Day

Spring Family Friendly Community Food Trucks Acoustic

What’s Happening?

Stop in and make a pledge for the planet with Fontenelle Forest and enjoy live music from local singer-songwriter Andre Vander Velde. Grab a slice from Mootz Pizza and juices and a smoothie from Ital Vital Living. Talk with the Bellevue Native Plant Society to get all your questions answered about native gardening. And our friends from Two Keys Creative Studios will be here too – with an art station where you can design your own botanical artwork to take home. Plus, attend our mini seminar series and learn practical tips for reducing your carbon footprint – you’ll hear about sustainable planting from our team at Mulhall’s, learn about vermicomposting with City Sprouts, and get an overview on hydroponics from Whispering Roots.

Spend the afternoon with us in the Greenhouse with some terrific community partners and find out how fun it is to care for our Earth. Let’s make a positive impact together!

More about Mulhall's
We like plants, people, and beautiful spaces. John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we’re as committed as we’ve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. Today we’re a team of a few hundred people, but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world. And we have fun doing it.
