Learn basic Nordic walking technique in one 2.5-hour session so you can take charge of your wellness.
You will learn the classic Nordic walking technique to turn walking, typically a lower body activity, into a full body aerobic experience.
You will navigate the three learning gates of Nordic walking: diagonal walking (synchronization of arms and legs), grip-go and the push-off, and optimization of your arm swing.
The clinic will help you take control of your own wellness and fitness journey because you will be able to pursue Nordic walking on your own and with friends and family.
