Lunch and Learn with Chef Erin 10/22 12p-1p

Cooking Classes

What’s Happening?

Bring your lunch break to the kitchen. Chef Erin shows you simple, practical ways to turn everyday ingredients into something worth savoring — think smarter knife work, quick sauces, and flavor tricks that make weeknight meals taste restaurant-fresh. Sit back and watch her cook, then dig into the dish yourself. This is a demonstration-style class (no hands-on cooking required) — just come hungry and ready to learn.

Price: $20 per person, lunch included.

About the Chef: A graduate of Muhlenberg College and L’Academie de Cuisine, Chef Erin has worked for years as a private chef preparing meals for local families and teaching adult cooking classes. She created the culinary curriculum and was a culinary instructor at Far Brook School. Currently, she teaches both cooking classes and English language classes at the Millburn Library.
