What’s Happening?

Love dancing—but want better body care while you move?

The Moving Body Map is a 6-week 5Rhythms® series blending movement meditation with somatic self-care tools—so you can dance with freedom without the usual aftermath: sore knees, tight hips, tense shoulders, a cranky neck, losing your ground—and feet that gossip about you later.

We move through the 5Rhythms map (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness) as a pathway into the whole body—supporting joints, muscles, breath, balance, and recovery.

Expect:

a full 5Rhythms® wave each week
practical cues + tools you can use immediately
support for common “complaint zones”: feet, knees, hips, spine, shoulders/arms, neck/head
a stronger, steadier relationship with your body in 2026
Drop-ins are welcome.
And—if you want the deepest shift—consistency is best: the series format lets your body learn week by week and feel supported all around.
