Rooted Impact: Nancy Williams on Reimagining Growth, Wealth, and Connection

Happy Hour - Drinks Networking Seminar

What’s Happening?

Scale Omaha powered by the Nebraska Startup Academy is proud to welcome Nancy Williams, Managing Partner of Block 27 Consulting and a visionary leader across agriculture, entrepreneurship, and food systems, for a candid conversation on cultivating wealth, equity, and impact through purpose-driven innovation.

With over 30 years of experience spanning agriculture, technology, entrepreneurship, innovation, and food systems, Nancy brings a rich and multifaceted perspective to this conversation. Her leadership journey includes serving as Chief Information Officer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands and as President & CEO of No More Empty Pots, a grassroots nonprofit focused on food security and economic resilience. As co-founder of that community-rooted organization, she helped advance self-sufficiency and economic opportunity - paving the way for equitable, people-centered progress across the Midwest.

Today, Nancy leads her family’s business, Block 27 Consulting, with intention - translating bold ideas into collective wealth and abundance through strategic action. Her work is guided by a love ethic rooted in dignity, joy, and curiosity, and she believes equity and justice are cultivated through ongoing, relational practice.

Join us to hear how Nancy has scaled mission-aligned ventures, navigated complex systems with creativity, and stayed grounded in values through every phase of growth. Expect reflections on leadership, innovation, and what it means to reimagine wealth in a way that benefits everyone.
