More about The Schiele Museum
Visitors to The Schiele Museum of Natural History can explore dinosaur fossils, wildlife displays, American Indian artifacts, gems and minerals, and a state-of-the-art planetarium. In addition, a replica Catawba Indian Village, life-size mazes, and The Farm, a showcase of local agriculture and live animals, are located just outside the front doors on a beautiful Nature Trail. Located just 30 minutes from uptown Charlotte, the museum is proud to offer learning opportunities for all ages through public events, adult workshops, children’s camps, and after-school programming. Visit schielemuseum.org for planetarium showtimes and a calendar of events.
