What’s Happening?

Come gather with us and our community for an all-levels beach practice. Be nourished by the elements, intentional movement, curated music for your journey, and guidance from our skillful teachers. In this class you will experience a full range of yogic practices orchestrated to help you connect with the sense of balance that can be found between inhale and exhale, effort and ease. This all-levels flow moves through postures at a steady pace, cultivating a sense of connection within ourselves and our surroundings. The intention of this class is to create a level of health and healing in heart, body and mind. The perfect entry into a yoga practice begins with centering meditation. We will then transition into a mindful, active flow of postures to warm-up, move energy (prana) through the entire body, heart and spirit, lubricate joints, stretch & strengthen the whole system. Towards the end of class, we will restore the nervous system by incorporating gentle poses in order to access the connective tissues of the body, allowing us to deeply stretch, slow down the breath, and move into stillness. These classes will be invigorating, yet calming, centering, and expanding. Within the nurturing embrace of sunshine, wind, water, and earth, expect to feel refreshed, inspired and connected! Options will be offered for all levels of practitioners, both seasoned and beginners alike. The music for this class is a blend of jazzy, down-tempo, and vibes that are calming and uplifting.
