First Course - Bay Scallop Ceviche / Cote des Roses Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course - Mahi Mahi / Domaine de l'Aigle Pinot Noir 

Third Course - Chimichurri Leg of Lamb / Castellum Rouge Red Blend 

Fourth Course - Silky Pie / Banyuls

In addition, Kitchen 57 is hosting a beer pairing dinner on June 12 and a Napa wine pairing dinner on August 20. Each pairing dinner can be purchased separately or as a three-dinner package for 10%.
