Join us in Vizcaya’s enchanting courtyard for a buffet-style dinner that celebrates the power of locally sourced ingredients and the people behind them. This intimate event brings together chefs, farmers, and advocates to explore how climate change is transforming what—and how—we eat.

Enjoy a flavorful, climate-conscious meal prepared by Chef Yorkis Rodriguez, featuring:

Tandoori Chicken with Mango Chutney
Korean BBQ–style Vegetable Stir Fry
Basmati Rice
Black Fried Rice with Local Vegetables
Locally Sourced Salad
Mango Upside-Down Cake topped with Coconut Whip

Then, settle in for a live panel conversation with local leaders shaping Miami’s food landscape, moderated by Yoca Arditi-Rocha, CEO, The CLEO Institute. Hear their insights on food justice, sustainability, and how South Florida’s unique environment shapes our plates.
