This isn’t just any open mic; it’s a no-ego, all-vibes event where you can either take the stage or sit back with a cocktail and soak in the magic. Held in one of Pompano Beach’s premier cultural hubs, Lyrics Lab is your space to shine or be inspired by incredible performance art.

Got something to say? Share your latest poems, verses, songs, jokes, or beats with an audience that’s ready to vibe. Our Lyrics Lab house band, led by the charismatic Erick Carter, creates the perfect backdrop for your words. Whether you're a seasoned performer or just testing the waters, this is your chance to let loose, create, and connect with fellow artists in a night of pure, unfiltered expression!

Seating is limited, no tickets sold at the door.

Pompano Beach Arts is the city's Cultural Affair department that provides cultural programming ranging from visual arts, digital media, music, film, theater, dance, and public art for the enjoyment and enrichment of residents and visitors to Pompano Beach, Broward County.

An important reminder for ticket holders: to guarantee your seat, you must be present in line at the theater at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Ten minutes after the start of the show, we reserve to resale your ticket and/or allow others to sit in your seat(s) to fill in empty seats.

Please call the Box Office at 954.545.7800 if you will be arriving late. No refunds.

Please note we only accept Eventbrite tickets at the door; Eventbrite is our sole ticketing platform.
