Sipping Sicily: From Mount Etna to Your Glass – December 16th

Italian Wine Cooking Classes

What’s Happening?

Class Description

Instructor: Giacomo DiLisi, Founder of DiLisi Imports

People love Sicilian wine for its bold, expressive flavors that capture the island's unique terroir. The combination of Sicily's sun-drenched vineyards, diverse landscapes, and rich cultural heritage results in wines that are both complex and approachable. Whether it's the full-bodied, fruit-forward reds like Nero d'Avola or the crisp, aromatic whites like Grillo, Sicilian wines offer a wide range of tastes to suit every palate.

Join us on Monday, December 16th, alongside Giacomo DiLisi from DiLisi Imports for Sipping Sicily: From Mount Etna to Your Glass. DiLisi Imports began with a vision to bring true expressions of Italy’s terroir and regions to Pennsylvania and New Jersey by importing the wines of a small group of family-owned, traditional Italian producers.

As DiLisi Imports has grown in size, Giacomo remains committed to drinking and sharing wines that are true to their provenance, reflective of the land from which they come, and summations of the heritage and traditions that shaped how they were made.

Anyone who signs up is in for an evening filled with delectable Italian treats! Come with an open mind and belly. We can promise that you won’t be disappointed. As always tasty Tria snacks will be served and we encourage you to join us for Tria's Happier Hour, from 4 to 6 pm before class!

Bottles will be available for sale after the class.
