Join us for a unique and enriching Thoughtful Thursday session where we delve into the power of names and the stories they carry. Research shows that the number one component for happiness is the health of our relationships, including the one we have with all parts of ourselves. This session is designed to promote playful exploration and meaningful connections.

What to Expect:

Warm-Up Activities: Engage in fun and interactive warm-ups that help us introduce ourselves individually and as a community. These activities will focus on personal gifts and strengths, fostering a sense of belonging and appreciation.

Storytelling and Sharing: Discover the stories behind our names and share them with others. This exercise encourages compassion, curiosity, and creativity, helping us view our relationships with ourselves and others in a new light.

Creative Expression: Participate in a hands-on activity where we will build aluminum foil sculptures. These sculptures will represent ourselves at our best and what we value most in the present moment.

Community Building: Place your sculpture within a community of sculptures and reflect on the collective creation. This symbolizes our interconnectedness and the resources we can draw from this experience.

Reflection and Integration: Reflect on the insights gained from the session and explore how you can integrate these resources into your daily life. This process will help you nurture your relationships and enhance your overall well-being.

Benefits of Participation:
• Enhanced Self-Awareness: Gain a deeper understanding of your personal gifts and strengths.
• Stronger Connections: Build meaningful relationships with others through shared stories and experiences.
• Creative Exploration: Express yourself creatively and see yourself from a new perspective.
• Community Engagement: Feel a sense of belonging and support within a community.
• Practical Takeaways: Learn practical ways to integrate the session’s insights into your life for lasting impact.
