Step into the serene embrace of Vizcaya Village for a rejuvenating wellness experience under the Miami sun!

The first three Sundays of the month feature an all-level outdoor yoga class, a blend of invigorating exercise and soulful meditation, guided by the expert hands of Hanu Yoga Studio's seasoned instructors.

The final class of the month brings a different wellness class on rotation; classes will range from Tai Chi and Zumba to sound bowl meditation and other options. Check back for the latest schedule and details each month.

Please remember:

  • Mandatory Eventbrite registration ensures your spot in this slice of tranquility.
  • All attendees are required to sign an Informed Consent Form during the Eventbrite registration, prioritizing your well-being and safety.
  • Dress comfortably for an outdoor experience, embracing the warmth and beauty of Miami’s weather.
  • Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle with a closable lid to stay hydrated throughout the session.
  • Each class spans approximately 60 minutes, beginning at 9:30 a.m., setting the tone for a mindful Sunday.
