What’s Happening?

Get ready for a day of laughter, music, and friendly competition! The Bazaar on Apricot & Lime is bringing back one of your favorite childhood games, Musical Chairs, on Saturday, Nov. 2nd at 11am.

Musical Chairs is a nostalgic game that has enchanted generations with its simple yet exhilarating concept. As the music plays, players circle around an arrangement of chairs, each one a potential seat in the race for victory. When the music stops, the race begins – players must quickly find a chair, and with one less chair than participants, someone will inevitably be left standing.

The charm of Musical Chairs lies in its ability to bring people together, fostering camaraderie and friendly rivalry. Participants of all ages can relive their childhood memories or experience the game for the first time, creating a sense of unity and shared joy. As players cheer each other on and engage in playful banter, the event transforms into a celebration of community spirit.

The Bazaar is home to over 40 local makers, artists and curators, who will be cheering the participants on. Enjoy lunch and live music as well.

“We’re excited to create a joyful atmosphere where everyone can come together and have fun,” said Bazaar owner Kim Livengood. “Musical Chairs is not just a game; it’s a way to connect, laugh, and create lasting silly memories. And we will have prizes!”

Participation in the Musical Chairs  is only $3, and all ages are welcome. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot and enjoy the various offerings of The Bazaar. You can also register on line to guarantee your spot in your age group.

Mark your calendars and bring your competitive spirit! We can’t wait to see you there! The Bazaar is located at 821 Apricot Ave in Sarasota. For more information or to register in advance visit www.Bazaaronapricotandlime.com
