World Lemur Day 2024

Educational Zoo & Animals

What’s Happening?

We are celebrating World Lemur Day at the Little Rock Zoo!

Did you know that Madagascar is the only place lemurs naturally call home?  Did you know that there are over 100 species of lemur? (The Little Rock Zoo has three species.) Did you know that besides humans, lemurs are the only primates that have blue eyes? Lemurs are the largest pollinators on the planet, and they most endangered group of mammals.

Additional details to come.

* Please confirm directly with the promoter or box office to ensure event details have not changed.
