KMFA Offbeat Concert: Inversion Ensemble

Spirits Live Music Classical

What’s Happening?

KMFA's Offbeat Concert Series presented by Audio Nova | Estes Audiology welcomes Inversion Ensemble with a new show called FIRE, WATER, AND THE AIR WE BREATHE on Saturday, October 26 at 7:00 p.m. (Pre-Concert Talk at 6:00 p.m.) and Sunday, October 27 at 4:00 p.m. (pre-concert talk at 3:00 p.m.).

FIRE, WATER, AND THE AIR WE BREATHE asks questions of human existentialism. Are we a truly important species or simply a temporary environmental disruption? We are the “creators” of fire and technology, but also the inventors of the atomic bomb. And finally, is it our destiny to reach beyond this planet? Centered around a brand-new work from composer Juhi Bansal, the concert ponders existence itself.

Tickets include a pre-concert talk beginning at 3:00 p.m. and complimentary sips from Tito's Handmade Vodka, STILL Austin, and wine courtesy of Georgetown Winery and Vineyard.

Visit kmfa.org for more information and to purchase tickets.
