What’s Happening?

Celebrate Little Rock Recycles Day at the Zoo! Join the Sustainability Office along with Keep Little Rock Beautiful and the Little Rock Zoo for our quarterly drive-thru recycling event!

Bring your recycling to the Little Rock Zoo (east parking lot) November 16, 2024, from 9 a.m. – 12 noon.

We will be accepting:

Single-Stream recycling (plastic bottles and jugs, cardboard, paper, aluminum & steel cans)
Plastic Bags (and other soft plastic packaging like shrink wrap)
Glass
eWaste (anything with a power cord except fridges & window AC units)
Bicycles
Documents for Shredding
Household Goods
Textiles

Drive through the Zoo's East Parking Lot accessed via Monroe Drive between 9 am and 12 pm to participate in LITTLE ROCK RECYCLES DAY!

This event is free and open to the public.
