What’s Happening?

Koo Koo is a dance party for the senses. For the last 15 years, lifelong friends and collaborators Bryan and Neil have toured the globe delighting fans with their high-energy music, infectious positivity, and interactive live show. Their comedic dance party songs are the backbone of a highly successful YouTube channel. Parents, teachers and kids love partying with Koo Koo! With an emphasis on crowd participation and building a raucous, hyper-active atmosphere, a Koo Koo show must be seen to be believed. They cut their teeth on the road, playing everything from DIY basements and birthday parties, to sharing main-stages with a wide array of genre-defying acts like Yo Gabba Gabba, The Aquabats, and Frank Turner. As well as festival appearances at Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits and the Vans Warped Tour. Now they are ready to step into a new realm with their TV series “Oh Yeah Heck Yeah.” This fast-paced variety clip show features music videos, sketches, animation and interactive games in their irreverent, high-energy style. The first season consists of five ten minute episodes each premiering a brand new Koo Koo song and video. You can watch their self produced show on the Koo Koo YouTube channel.

MEET AND GREET
Meet and greet starts at 11am and includes time with Bryan and Neil, a limited-edition button, poster and laminate.

More about Butler Arts & Events Center
The Butler Arts & Events Center (BAEC) is home to Butler University’s event facilities including performance venues, conference and meeting rooms, outdoor spaces and housing. Its performance venues welcome more than 300,000 visitors annually, with 35,000 from the student matinee series. The BAEC is comprised of seven venues including its flagship 2148 seat venue Clowes Memorial Hall; the Schrott Center for the Arts with 475 seats; Shelton Auditorium with nearly 400 seats; Eidson-Duckwall Recital Hall with 135 seats; Krannert Room; Lilly Hall Studio Theatre with up to 100 seats; and Hinkle Fieldhouse. Programming includes the Butler Arts Presents events, BAEC’s Education Matinee Series, Jordan College of the Arts performances, Broadway In Indianapolis shows, various Butler lecture series, performances from local performing arts organizations and a variety of national touring shows.
