What’s Happening?

Grab your boo or bestie and get dirty together during this one-time, beginner-friendly pottery class at Long Live Beerworks in Providence! Or come alone and make some new friends :) It's your chance to finally learn pottery. Woohoo!

At this one-time class, you’ll receive an intro to pottery including the pinch pot and coil technique. Our expert host will cover all the basics, and with step-by-step instructions, you'll learn to handbuild a pinch pot. Then, you'll learn how to sculpt and decorate your pot into a variety of functional pottery pieces like a vase, hanging planters, pot for an air plant, candle holders, smiley planter pals, and more.

21+ only please.

Sunday 4/28 from 1:00-3:00PM at Long Live Beerworks (40R Sprague St, Providence, RI 02907)

Each ticket includes:
2 hour workshop on pottery basics, how to create pinch pots, coils, and how to transform them into a variety of unique handmade gifts, home décor and functional pottery
You'll make + take home 1 to 3 pieces of pottery
Our signature 'Beginner Pottery Kit' which includes everything you need to make your pottery during class (and yours to take home to create more after class!!)
Note: You can let your piece of pottery air dry then paint it with the included paint, and it will be decorative. Or, to make your pottery waterproof + foodsafe, click here to find a local kiln to fire and glaze your pottery creations making them ceramic

Please note:

- Guests must be able to climb one (1) flight of stairs to access the mezzanine. Please contact hello@potterywithapurpose.com if you wish to attend this event and require special accommodation.

- Free street parking is available at this location. Please do not park in the lots as these are reserved for the residents.

- In addition to beer made onsite, Long Live Beerworks also offers wine, cider and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
