Refresh, Renew, Reset: Mindfulness, Movement and Nature

Meditation Self-care Nonprofit Events

What’s Happening?

Tuesdays, 7.20-8.3
6:45-8:15 pm
Facilitators: Sherry Klauer, Dennis Williams
Location: Shalom Farms

1313 Westwood Ave. Richmond VA 23227

It’s time to shake off the pandemic and reconnect with our bodies, spirits and our community! Join us for this IN PERSON socially distanced program where we will practice gentle movement and meditation through the lens of the natural world to refresh and re-energize our bodies and minds.

We’ll explore the themes in nature that map back to our lives: connection, cycles and challenging what we ‘know’ through mindfulness practices. Each session will have practice time as well as time for reflection and sharing with the group.

What You’ll Take Away:
- More energy and renewed enthusiasm for life
- Tools and practices you can use beyond this course to refresh and renew through mindfulness and nature
- New connections in the community with like minded people

If cost is a barrier, access funding is available for all of our programs. Email rachel@innerworkcenter.org for more information.
