What’s Happening?

Forever Fit Special Event Yoga*– select Saturdays, 9-10am

Saturday, January 6th & February 3rd & March 2nd, 9-10am 

These yoga classes will be focused on breathing and moving with ease. There will be modifications to accommodate a variety of skill levels and abilities. Instructors vary. Attendees should dress comfortably. Please bring your own water and yoga mat. *If you need to borrow a yoga mat, contact Adult Services Librarian Kayla in advance. Registration required for yoga due to limited space. 1/6’s registration opens on 12/23;  2/3’s registration opens on 1/20; 3/2's registration opens on 2/17. Instructors vary.


Forever Fit is a free adult fitness series geared for adults age 55+, offering a rotation of strength training, stretching, & special exercises. Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome to attend! Forever Fit Special Events are led by a live, certified instructor & may have additional requirements for participants.
