What’s Happening?

This is not your typical yoga class . The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We focus on integrating our yoga practice off the mat into our daily lives.

This is an all levels yoga class; beginner's welcome . Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class with community discussion on your intentions, your experience, and conscious awareness topics in order to build positive habits of self care that induce growth both individually, and collectively.

Evening Classes:

Each Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:30 PM

Morning Classes:

Each Tuesday and Thursday: Sunrise Yoga 7:00-8:00 AM
Each Saturday 9:00-10:00AM
Each Sunday: Slow Flow Yoga 9:00-10:00 AM

Lunch Flow:

Each Friday 12:00-12:50 PM


This class is accessible to ALL as it is FREE , with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit. Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to connecting communities by spreading the knowledge of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Our goal is to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to know themselves well and improve their sense of inner peace. [www.habitualroots.com]

Donation Options include: Eventbrite, Venmo @habitualroots, or our website.

It will be first come, first serve for yoga to create space between person(s) to take precautions during this time. We will offer mat spray, hand sanitizer, and NO hands on assists to keep you safe and feeling comfortable.

What to bring: comfortable clothes, water, yoga mat (or other), and an open mind!

Where to Find Us: Park on the side streets or in designated parking areas. Walk towards the lake and meet us under the island amphitheater pavilion. See images attached.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in. If you have never been to any of Habitual Roots' events, please consider registering yourself in the system to allow a quicker check in process.
