What’s Happening?

This is not your typical yoga class . The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We focus on integrating our yoga practice off the mat into our daily lives.

This is a 60 minute- all levels class yoga flow . Beginner's welcome. Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class with community discussion on your intentions, your experience, and conscious awareness topics in order to build positive habits of self care that induce growth both individually, and collectively.

The space is covered; class will take place rain or shine! Please follow @habitualroots on social media for live updates.

This class is accessible to ALL as it is FREE , with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit. Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to connecting communities by spreading the knowledge of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Our goal is to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to know themselves well and improve their sense of inner peace.[www.habitualroots.com]

Donation Options include: Eventbrite, Venmo @habitualroots, or our website.

It will be first come, first serve for yoga to create space between person(s) to take precautions during this time. We will offer mat spray, hand sanitizer, and NO hands on assists to keep you safe and feeling comfortable.

Where to Find Us: 4001 Stough Rd SW, Concord, NC

When entering the park take the first 'street' on your left. Pass the first parking lot. Then veer to your right after Homebuilder's Shelter. Find parking in designated parking areas, then walk to the amphitheater- located across the parking lot from Homebuilder's shelter and playground.

What to bring: comfortable clothes, water, yoga mat (or other), and an open mind!

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in. If you have never been to any of Habitual Roots' events, please consider registering yourself in the system to allow a quicker check in process.
