A lot of the Klass Krew calls this Yoga Sculpt Klass "LIT YOGA" because you're listening to high energy songs while focusing on sculpting your body and breathing through the movements. In Yoga Sculpt, you can expect a short yoga flow to warm up your body, followed by yoga sequences combined with free weights, strengthening exercises, and the occasional cardio burst to keep your heart rate elevated.
This is an all-levels, full-body workout that focuses on breath and mindfulness. You will find options to modify or challenge yourself throughout so that you get exactly what your body needs out of this Klass!
Krista Ehlers - KLASS Dance & Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer
Krista’s life passion is dance! She began dancing at the age of 3 and eventually became a 2-year captain and a national champion on the Eden Prairie Pom Squad. She was also a senior captain, 4-year member and 4-time national champion with the University of St. Thomas Dance Team! Krista gained her love for fitness while on the St. Thomas Dance Team as well. Since graduating, she has started her own dance & fitness business & has been a big part of the Klass community! Krista teaches Yoga Sculpt & Barre at Klass, as well as Technique & Contemporary Dance Klasses. One of the Klass favorites that she teaches though is HUSTLE - a stability & core Klass where her fitness creativity truly shines! In addition to teaching dance & group fitness, Krista is also a Klass Personal Trainer and has helped many of her clients live healthier & happier lifestyles!
