Special Instructions
Great meeting you here! I am so excited you are coming to my Conscious Breathwork & Sound Healing session at Sanctuary Yoga 1006 S 8th St, Austin, Sunday, February 19, 2023, 5-7 pm. If you have had this experience before, you know what to expect. If this is your first time, you are in for a treat!! Try to hydrate during the day, but try not to drink much one hour before the event starts. Don't eat a big meal 2 hours before. The event is two hours long and it's best not to take a restroom break between the breathwork and the sound instruments. That is when some of the magic can happen! If you're looking for more direction and insight in your life, take a moment to set an intention before coming to practice. Writing it down the night beforehand can help further plant this purpose into both your conscious and subconscious mind. You could ask yourself questions like: What do I want to manifest in my life? What do I need to release to heal? How can I love myself more? Or even ask someone that has passed to come visit you during the session. You have the possibility of benefiting more with an intention, but it is not necessary. You'll need to arrive 15 minutes early. Please be punctual so we can start on time. :) Bring the following to be comfortable. Pillow Blanket Yoga mat Water Journal The breathwork we will be doing is called holotrophic or rebirthing and it involves breathing in and out through your nose. If you have a tendency to have some congestion we will have essential oils available  to help clear your airways if needed. When you enter please remove your shoes prior to entering the indoor studio. There is a shoe cubby located outside on the porch. Parking on the street.
