Chair Yoga at Soluna is appropriate for people of all ages and stages, and is especially suitable for individuals new to Yoga, Seniors, knee or hip injuries, and those with any physical challenges. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. The student is able to warm up the body safely and perform yoga postures with added support and stability. Postures are typically done seated on the chair. The chair may also be used for support for balancing and standing postures.
