Registration in advance is required. Offered in-studio only.
Space in studio is limited to 10 students. Seated spacing is 6 feet apart. Masks are required when in the lobby and in the yoga room. Although we highly encourage the use of facial coverage/mask at all times, students have the option to remove their mask once the practice has began.
