Join us for Small Group Yoga at our clinic in NKC, every Friday at 12 pm!
Tricia Tayrien, our amazing health coach, will lead an energizing yoga flow followed by a relaxing meditation to help you unwind from your busy week. In this class, you will have the personal attention of our certified yoga instructor and access to our brand new yoga equipment! We will NOT provide yoga mats, so be sure to bring your own.
Each class will have 5 spots available. This event is FREE for patients who are a part of our Practice Membership, and $10 for anyone else looking to incorporate yoga into their weekly routine.
