One of our focuses at Modus is providing health and wellbeing opportunities to the community. Everyone is welcome even if you aren't a member of Modus. We will be offering a Yoga class once per month in June, July, and August. We have partnered with The Well Being Partners and Lindsay Decker, a certified yoga instructor, who will guide the class. This event is free and open to all levels and all backgrounds.
Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. End your workday with gentle movement, breath, and deep rest with the goal of opening your body and calming your mind.
