More about Bushwackers
Dance Hall & Saloon in Ralston, NE Over 35 years ago Bushwackers Dance Hall & Saloon in Ralston opened its doors to the public as a bar and saloon. Before that, the building sat empty. In its hayday, 100 years ago, Bushwackers was founded at the hub of Ralston, NE. Ralston became a city in 1909, and the Granary was built only a few years after its founding. The Granary was home to not only grain, but horses, cattle, and other livestock. Today, Bushwackers Dance Hall & Saloon is a locally owned business that utilizes the barn-looking interior as its bar, dance hall, and restaurant. The main bar was hand crafted and shipped in all the way from Belgium. Bushwackers is a hot spot for locals, surrounding small towns, and we have people travel all the way from Des Moines, Kansas City, and Sioux City just to party at Bushwackers on the weekend. It’s the largest country bar in Nebraska and attracts crowds from all over the Midwest!
