Summer Solstice Lecture featuring Rick Darke

What’s Happening?

Our garden is our home habitat. For most of us, it's the landscape we spend the most time in and a place we turn to for solace, beauty and inspiration. If it's designed to support a great variety of life it will be full of surprise, adding intrigue and interest to every day. Expanding on the subject of The Living Landscape, this richly illustrated talk will present ideas for the plant selection, design, and care of home and community landscapes that are practical and durable, but also beautiful and joyfully livable. A book signing and dessert reception follow the lecture. $15, $10 for garden members. Pre-registration is required.
