Little Texas Live in Concert with Kaylyn Sahs

What’s Happening?

Little Texas is a multi-GRAMMY nominated vocal band that currently consists of original members Del Gray (drums), Porter Howell (lead vocals/lead guitar), Dwayne O’Brien (vocals and rhythm guitars) and Duane Propes (bass and vocals). As part of the young country movement of the early ‘90s, Little Texas were responsible for shaking up the country music world with a new, energetic sound that fused the look and attitude of modern rock music with traditional country themes and styles, bringing a much-appreciated bolt of life into the genre.

Kaylyn Sahs is a rising country singer/songwriter and Nashville recording artist. With her smile, voice, and contagious personality, Kaylyn wins over audiences of all ages with familiar covers and fun-relatable originals. She has made headway early on in her career by sharing the stage with national acts such as, Jo Dee Messina, Little Texas, Chris Lane, Lainey Wilson, Adam Hambrick, Tracy Byrd, Jameson Rodgers, and Kylie Frey.

About the Event Host
Dance Hall & Saloon in Ralston, NE Over 35 years ago Bushwackers Dance Hall & Saloon in Ralston opened its doors to the public as a bar and saloon. Before that, the building sat empty. In its hayday, 100 years ago, Bushwackers was founded at the hub of Ralston, NE. Ralston became a city in 1909, and the Granary was built only a few years after its founding. The Granary was home to not only grain, but horses, cattle, and other livestock. Today, Bushwackers Dance Hall & Saloon is a locally owned business that utilizes the barn-looking interior as its bar, dance hall, and restaurant. The main bar was hand crafted and shipped in all the way from Belgium. Bushwackers is a hot spot for locals, surrounding small towns, and we have people travel all the way from Des Moines, Kansas City, and Sioux City just to party at Bushwackers on the weekend. It’s the largest country bar in Nebraska and attracts crowds from all over the Midwest!
