Night in Napa Wine Dinner at Steelbach: A magical night of wine 12/17

Join us on a global journey! Experience wines from around the globe, expertly paired with fresh, local farm-to-table flavors. You will be led through an unforgettable tasting adventure, showcasing remarkable pairings that will delight your palate! 

Course One: Oysters Rockerfeller paired with 2023 Quilt Threadcount Sauvignon Blanc Oysters Rockefeller with spinach, toasted breadcrumbs, and a hint of Pernod.

Course Two: Seared Scallops paired with 2023 Far Niente Chardonnay Seared scallops on purple cauliflower purée with a  brown butter emulsion.

Course Three: Garlic Porchetta with 2018 Grgich Hills Merlot Garlic Porchetta with mushroom risotto and charred scallion burre blanc

Course Four: Braised Lamb Shank paired with 2021 Chimney Rock Cabernet Sauvignon Braised lamb shank with a butternut squash carpaccio finished with a demi-glace

Course Five: Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding paired with Chandon Etoile Brut Sparkling Apple cinnamon bread pudding, grape ice cream
