This serene workshop will gently lead you through a harmonious practice, blending a slow flow, extended Yin poses, and a delightful 30-minute Yoga Nidra session. These elements will allow you to find the ideal balance between movement and stillness, offering a much-needed respite between holiday festivities.


Gentle Flow: The session begins with a gentle flow to warm up your body, improve circulation, and release any accumulated tension. This soft, fluid movement will help you transition into a state of relaxation.

Long-Held Yin Poses: As we progress through the workshop, you'll be guided through a series of deep and restorative Yin poses. These poses target the connective tissues in your body and provide an opportunity for profound stretching and relaxation. By holding these poses for an extended period, you'll experience a sense of surrender and release, allowing your body to unwind fully.

Yoga Nidra Session: The culmination of the workshop is a luxurious 30-minute Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation technique that brings you to a state of profound relaxation. You'll be invited to lie down, close your eyes, and follow along with a soothing and calming meditation that takes you on a journey within.
