Guide to the Chakras: Understanding and Utilizing this Vital Energy System

Join Anna Hughes for an informative and experiential exploration of the seven main energy centers in the body. This extended workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn alongside our teacher training students as you dive into the chakras in a practical and meaningful way.

We’ll begin with a lecture and discussion covering what the chakras are, where each is located, their individual and collective significance, and how they function as a holistic system. You’ll also learn and practice various techniques for working with the potential of each chakra, including mantra, breathwork, meditation, and asana.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have accessible tools and insights to help you engage with this powerful energy system, creating lasting positive shifts in your health and well-being.

Anna Hughes completed her 500-hour Bikram teacher training in 2002 and has since deepened her practice by studying Ashtanga and Bhakti Flow with renowned teachers. Her spiritual approach to yoga emphasizes the integration of physical and spiritual practices, guiding students to connect with their breath and find mindfulness, contentment, and joy in their practice.
