Dante Milano

Dinner Blues Jazz Music

What’s Happening?

Tickets: $25.50 - $55.50
(price includes $5.50 processing and ticketing fee)

7:00 show: Doors @ 6:00

Chicago-born keyboardist Dante Milano brings a genre-blurring approach to jazz, R&B, electronic, and neo-soul. Rooted in the blues and jazz traditions, he’s studied with legends, performed across the globe, and continues to push the boundaries of sound. A graduate of the Brubeck Institute, Milano dropped his debut album DANTE in 2021, cementing his reputation as a bold and virtuosic composer.

Now, he returns to Black Cat with his fiery new trio, delivering a set that fuses intricate jazz harmonies, deep grooves, and the forward-thinking energy of hip-hop, electronic, and pop. He’s collaborated with a wildly diverse roster of artists, from Chance the Rapper and Kenny Beats to Isaiah Collier & The Chosen Few and Buddy Guy, shaping a sound that’s as dynamic as his influences.

Beyond the stage, Milano is the visionary behind The LYTE, a buzzing open mic/jam session in Stockton, CA, where artists of all mediums connect and create. Don’t miss this night of fearless improvisation and raw musical energy—only at Black Cat

Lineup:

DANTE MILANO - piano and synth
Marwan Ghonima - upright bass
Joseph Evans - drum set
