What’s Happening?

Join the Driftwood community for a free, family-friendly festival in the Texas Hill Country.  Enjoy live music, kids’ activities, community partners, shop a local market, and more.

Free RSVP on Eventbrite.  Pre-registered guests are entered into a raffle!

Enjoy Vista's 21-acre Hill Country ranch with live music throughout the day while shopping local vendors and enjoying Vista’s delicious food and drink. Meet members of the Driftwood Historical Consevation Society to learn about the rich history and exciting future of this agrarian community. Learn about efforts in our community surrounding sustainability, conservation, light pollution, agriculture, and more.

12:15-1:20 - Tiger Alley

2:10-3:20 - Billy Garza and the Amazing Robek

4:00-6:00 - Sour Bridges


The festival will feature:

A Driftwood Heritage mini museum with members of families who have been here for generations on hand to tell some stories.

Live Americana, Bluegrass and Country music throughout the Festival on the main stage beneath a 500-year-old live oak.

Educational Tables from non-profit partners Bee Mindful Honey Farms, Elder Hills Farm, Hays County Friends of the Night Sky, and Plateau Land & Wildlife Management

A local vendor market

Raffle & Silent Auction benefitting the DHCS - you won’t want to miss some of these items and packages!

Free activities for kids include:

Professional face painting
A wandering juggler
Rosie the Clown
Game Zone with giant jenga, connect four, a chalk wall, and more!
Bubble Party

Coquí Sweets Y’all: Puerto Rican Cupcakes, Guava Pastries, and Guava Goodness Cookies

Flight Ice Creams: Craft ice cream, made in Dripping Springs, TX

Local vendors include:

3J Mama Designs: Paper Artist. Rolled Paper Flower products. Handmade Paper Cards. Handmade Cards. We try and recycle 80% of our materials. Our new product line of handmade paper is made from the paper scraps of our rolled flowers and cards.
Hecho a Mano: Accessories and customized hats
Noona Tilton Jewelry: I make hand forged sterling silver and brass jewelry.it is created with the intent to reflect traditional metalsmithing techniques and a contemporary design sensibility. I want the wearer to connect with the primitive magic of the metals and stones that I form into talismans for real life.
Zemanwoodcrafts Studio: We make laser cut and engraved wood home decor items. Hardwood items like drink barrels, cutting boards, wood signs, metal tumblers, bbq meat claws and wood kitchen spoons. I also have lots of small items like wood magnets and wood bookmarks.

Vista Brewing is a 21-acre destination brewery, restaurant and farm in Driftwood, just southwest of Austin. Vista brings live, local music to the Hill Country each week, under the backdrop of a 500 year old live oak.
